1. Which products are included for Distribution?
The agreement covers a range of eyebrow and beauty products, such as brow henna, brow lamination glaze, lash dye, and various beauty tools.
2. Who owns the rights to the products?
Supercilium owns all the rights to the products, including trademarks and any related intellectual property. The Distributor can sell these products but doesn't own any rights to them.
3. How long does the agreement last?
The agreement is for three years, starting from the date it is signed. There is a one-year trial period. The agreement can be ended earlier under certain conditions.
4. What types of agreements are available?
We offer both non-exclusive and exclusive distribution agreements:
Non-Exclusive Agreement: The Distributor shares the right to sell Supercilium products with other distributors within the territory.
Exclusive Agreement: The Distributor has the sole right to sell Supercilium products within the specified territory, provided they meet certain conditions, such as minimum purchase targets.
5. Where and how will the products be sold?
The Distributor has the rights to distribute the products within the territory specified in the agreement. Supercilium retains the right to sell directly to customers within the territory through its website.
The products should be sold through professional beauty channels, such as beauty salons and professional beauty supply stores.
6. Is there a minimum amount of products that must be purchased?
Yes, the Distributor needs to buy a minimum amount of products each year. The specific amounts are outlined in the agreement and may vary depending on the territory.
7. What is the minimum order quantity for the first order?
For the first order, there is a minimum order quantity that the Distributor must meet. This amount is specified in the agreement and is essential to begin the partnership. The minimum order per unit is 12 pieces for each product. Supercilium does not sell single items for distribution, so all orders must meet this minimum requirement.
8. Who handles shipping?
Supercilium takes care of shipping the products and covers insurance and customs costs, which are then charged to the Distributor. They aim to find the most cost-effective and quickest delivery options.
9. What responsibilities does the Distributor have?
The Distributor needs to regularly update Supercilium on their marketing and promotional activities.
They must create educational materials in the local language and provide a yearly sales and marketing plan.
They should not sell any competing products during the term of the agreement.
If the Distributor doesn’t meet 90% of the purchase target, Supercilium can remove their exclusive distribution rights. If this continues, Supercilium may end the agreement entirely.
10. Where should the Distributor place their orders?
All orders should be placed through the Supercilium Wholesale Portal. This dedicated platform is designed for distributors to easily manage their orders and ensure they meet the minimum order requirements.
