Addressing Uneven Color Distribution with Airbrush Liquid Dye

There is uneven color distribution of dye on the brows, with some areas appearing darker than others. This can happen when you're new to the airbrush technique. It takes practice to achieve an even color and fully utilize the layering method for which the airbrush technique is well-known.

To help improve your application, consider the following tips:

One effective approach is to decrease the air pressure by not fully opening the trigger. Although this may take a little longer to airbrush the brows, it will help prevent patchy and uneven results.

Additionally, be cautious during the moments when the airbrush dispenses more dye than usual, particularly when opening and closing the trigger. Make sure not to point the needle directly at the skin during these adjustments. Using a paper towel or cotton pad can effectively catch any excess dye.

With practice and these adjustments, you should see an improvement in the evenness of your applications.
