The dye is not working/ not staining

If you're experiencing issues with the Liquid Dye not staining the skin, it's important to ensure that the mixing ratio is correct. You should mix the dye at a 1:1 ratio, using one part of Liquid Dye with one part of Airbrush Developer (3%).

Thorough cleansing of the brows is essential before treatment, and using the Prep Peel Gel can help ensure the area is properly prepared. Additionally, letting the Liquid Dye sit in your airbrush machine for a few minutes before application can kickstart the oxidizing process, which may improve the results.

Make sure to store your products properly to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, as this can affect their performance. It's also crucial to advise your clients to avoid washing or scrubbing their brows after the treatment to preserve the results. Encouraging them to exfoliate before touch-ups can enhance pigment retention.

Finally, check the expiration dates on your products. Keeping a record of when products are opened is a good practice since their efficacy can diminish over time.
